You are encouraged to contact our Exhibitor Service Department at 905.283.0500 for assistance with ordering for your show, or click "View Events", locate your Show and download the GES Service Order Forms and fax or email to torontoexhibitorservices@ges.com

View Events Proceed to Online Ordering

Step 1
To complete the ordering process, you are required to register your company with our ordering system. Your new account login can be used for all future GES shows in Ontario and throughout Western Canada.

Step 2

If you have already registered...
Enter your User ID and Password.
Click Sign-in.
If you are new...
Click Create New Account.

Step 3

Search for your Company...
If your Company has previously registered, you can create a new User ID and Password once you have located your Company in the ordering system.
Enter your Company name and Zip / Postal Code.
Click Search.
Add your Company...
If you are unable to locate your Company, you will need to create a new Exhibitor profile.
Click New Exhibitor.

Step 4

Enter your Company Name and Type...
Once you have entered your Company name, you have the option of selecting which field best decribes the role of your organization.
Click Next.

Step 5

Provide Company details...
Enter your address, contact information, User ID and Password as well as a Password Reminder Question.
Record your User ID and Password for future GES Online Ordering.
Click Next.

Step 6

Terms and Conditions...
Take a moment to review the GES Online Ordering Terms and Conditions.
Click Agree or Reject.

Step 7

Completing Your Registration...
Once you have agreed to proceed with your registration, follow the directions on screen.
Click Finish.
GES Online Ordering will then process your registration. Please be patient, it will take approx. 5 to 30 seconds to complete.

Complete

GES Online Ordering will automatically take you to your new account.
Locate the text link 'Click here to add your show now' and Click.
You are now registered with GES Online Ordering.
Remember to record your User ID and Password for use in future GES Online Ordering.
